Episode 14: On the way you miss someone post-breakup (and what to do with those feelings).

Brrrreeeeeaaaakups. And not even just official breakups, where you actually were in a relationship with the person your heart desires, but any sort of situation where the person you hoped to be with is no longer a healthy component to your life. That's where we're digging in today. I'm specifically getting into the slew of feelings that come post breakup, and not just the disappointment or loneliness, but the real NUACE. Nuance in all caps, because I really don't think we make space for it.
