Amy Nobile is the founder of Love,  Amy, a dating coaching service that marries the holistic view of human-to-human energy and connection with the technology of modern-day dating. We had so much fun when I was guest on her podcast, we decided to do it again, but this time as a listener Q+A episode.

Here are the questions we dig into:

  • What's our perspective on manifesting soulful, romantic love into your life and purely focusing on that versus getting onto apps and swiping away?

  • How do you deal with shame around feeling like you haven't been in a long term relationship in a while? (This listener was last in a long term relationship in 2018, but this question could apply to anyone who holds this shame no matter the timeline).

  • How does one move past the fear of dating and getting hurt again? This listener thought she and her then partner were on the same page in their last relationship, but turns out they weren't. She's afraid to put herself out there again and endure the same hurt.

  • How do you put yourself out there when you're coming out of financial hardship and/or debt?

  • How do you put yourself out there when you're coming out of a difficult bout, be it depression, anxiety, etc? (Note, we reference how to work with a therapist here.)
